NJ Supreme Court Opinion, 12-15-14 - State vs. Joseph M. Jaffe

The New Jersey Supreme Court considers a defendant's "post-offense" conduct. The court remanded the case to the trial court for resentencing to ensure consideration of all of the facts relevant to the applicable aggravating and mitigating factors.
