I was born in Jersey City, NJ.  I am a graduate of St. Peter's Prep and St. Peter's College in Jersey City.  After college, I attended law school at St. John's University in Queens, NY. For the first year of my legal career, I was a law clerk to the Honorable Morris Malech, J.S.C. in the Bergen County Superior Court.  After being hired by the Judge, I made Bergen County my new home.  After my clerkship,  I served in the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office for approximately four years as an Assistant Prosecutor trying various criminal cases.

Over the years I have been both a Prosecutor as well as a Public Defender in various municipalities throughout Bergen County.  After leaving the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and going into private practice,  I worked extensively in a law firm as  the senior litigation associate handling cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. I also handled workers' compensation cases.  I have lived and worked in Bergen County for the past 40 years. I established my own practice in the early 1990's and have successfully maintained the practice in Bergen County for approximately the last 20 years.

Over the years I have established a network of experts, both in legal and other fields. I constantly remind my clients that if their question or problem is not within my specialty, I have someone in my network who can serve them.  The point is, I want my clients to have proper representation, whether it is this office or if they can be better served elsewhere.  This office specializes and has a heavy emphasis in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation and municipal/criminal law.

With our workers' compensation practice,  we have represented uninsured employers. Not only in the courts but in the various state agencies where legal representation is also required.    Over the years, we have engaged in various types of general litigation including business litigation, collections,  corporate sale/dissolutions and  contractual disputes.  Additionally, we have especially helped new businesses in their formation, setup and structure.

Once again, and perhaps most importantly, is that we are here to serve our clients, whether it is by our direct representation or by guiding them to the proper person regardless of the field of practice.
