Who We Are
We are a full service law firm located in Elmwood Park, Bergen County, NJ. The majority of our clients are referred by former and existing clients. We represent workers injured on the job. Our office handles cases ranging from wrongful death to occupational diseases such as mesothelioma and pulmonary disease.
There are many businesses throughout New Jersey that do not carry mandatory workers' compensation insurance for their employees. In NJ, there may be criminal and civil penalties for businesses that do not have workers' compensation insurance. We have successfully represented these uninsured employers throughout NJ.
We successfully represent victims of car accidents, slip-and-falls and industrial accidents.. We have successfully handled serious bodily injury cases involving amputation, death, fractures, paralysis, disfigurement and mild-traumatic brain injuries. The majority of our accident cases involve clients with serious injuries to the head, neck, shoulders and spine.
We handle all traffic tickets and regularly appear in courts throughout New Jersey. Consultations are always free and strictly confidential. We can also do consultations by telephone. We provide effective representation with individual attention and can arrange night appointments by special request. Our attorneys' fee arrangement for personal injury cases is done on a contingency basis. In other words, on personal injury and worker injury cases, we do not get paid unless we make a recovery on your behalf either by settlement or at trial.
We provide professional legal counseling. Our firm has a regular presence in workers' compensation courts in Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Essex, Union and Morris Counties as well as in Superior Court. We regularly serve as arbitrators on uninsured/underinsured motorist arbitrations. We will appear statewide in any Workers' Compensation or Superior Court.
Case Management
To maximize the desired level of communication between attorney and client and to ensure proper and effective handling of a file, each new matter is assigned to a lawyer who has the overall responsibility for that case. The responsible lawyer who is assigned to the file is charged with knowing the status of the case, keeping the client updated on the status, notifying the client of all significant developments and ensuring the matter is handled appropriately and in a cost-effective manner.
Focus
Successful legal representation requires knowledge, expertise and experience in our practice areas. We practice in a variety of areas which are regularly encountered by everyday working people, and you can learn more about our services in these particular areas on the Practice Areas page.
