The Appellate Division released the following published opinions this morning.
1. ESSEX COUNTY CORRECTIONS OFFICERS PBA LOCAL NO. 382, ET AL. VS. COUNTY OF ESSEX, ET AL. The Court considered whether Essex County can
lawfully contract for housing and treatment services for a large
population of its county jail inmates at two privately owned and
